More heroism in search of a BT engineer. Today’s call to India has not been successful but, instead of holding a ‘phone in my hand for an hour or so, I am
promised a return call.
BT broadband service sucks. I have had no service at least January 2nd. and no success in even reaching a BT engineer in the UK. Does outsourcing work? Not in this case.
15.54 A 10-minute wait for a return call from BT India lasted 4 hours & 20 minutes, from a very helpful female-person from yesterday. The technical-assistance person kept me holding for 20 minutes, on hold themselves to BT UK for the second day running; but because the BT UK system is down, they can’t get through either. They promise to call me back.
